Donations to The Chapel Pantry are generally considered final as they are tax-deductible charitable contributions that directly support our mission to serve food-insecure individuals and families in our community.
Donation Refund Circumstances
We may consider refund requests for donations in the following limited circumstances.

Duplicate donations: If you accidentally made the same donation twice

Technical errors: If a technical error resulted in an incorrect donation amount

Donation Refund Process
To request a donation refund:

Contact us within 30 days of the donation date

Provide your name, donation date, amount, and reason for the refund request

Merchandise
We want you to be satisfied with your Chapel Pantry merchandise purchase.
Returns and Exchanges

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
